DURHAM TOWN RETURNS

After several months on the sideline, Durham Town finally returns to the racing scene in this weekend's Listed Lion Red Plate, a WFA 1200 metre event at Rotorua this Saturday. It will be the big chestnut's first appearance since last season where he went down by the barest of margins in the Darley Plate at Ellerslie back in March. This was after a 4th placing in the Telegraph Handicap and third placings in Railway, Concorde and Stewards Handicap.
