VOLKSTOK'N'BARREL RACE 2 RADIOTAB THE WAYNE WILSON MILE AT EAGLE FARM , BRISBANE

Volkstok'n'barrel (Trevor) may run in the RadioTAB The Wayne Wilson Mile (Listed) Set Weights and Penalties for $100k on Saturday 11th June. He starts from barrier 1 and will be ridden by Vinnie Colgan. Unfortunately the Eagle Farm Cup was canned last week after heavy rain. Very dissapointing for the connections after bringing him to Brisbane with this race as one of his main targets. All other big races have been transferred to Stradbroke day.  There are no more Weight For Age options with the Brisbane Cup probably being too far at 2400m with a weight of 60 kg . The 61 kg is a big weight but Volkstok'n'barrel has been freshened for the drop back to a mile. Vinnie Colgan knows the horse and lets hope the combination can put another win on the board before Trevor heads to the spelling farm.
