He came home strongly after pulling early to finish 1.8 lengths behind stablemate Valley Girl. There is plenty of improvement in him. The pair will travel to Hawkes Bay to contest the Makfi Challenge Stakes over 1400 m in 3 weeks time followed by the 1600m Windsor Park Plate. The same day as the Makfi is the next Ruakaka meeting where more rising stable stars will come out to play. Hopefully The Soultaker, Wyndspelle, and Barabas will line up.
