Race 4 the Bidfood  Maiden 3 YO 1400m sees Marquess Of start from barrier 11 ridden by Jason Waddell. The 3 year old Tavistock is owned by D Logan, P Woods, A Goodwin, C Gibbs and I Pearson. He had a start back in September last year where he ran 4th. Has been put out to strengthen and won a trial at Te Aroha on 17th January. Has drawn wide but will be hard to beat.

Race 6 the JR Webb 1500m Maiden sees Sidestep start from barrier 3 ridden by Jason Waddell. The 3 year old Zacinto gelding is owned by Jen Campin Bloodstock Ltd and NP Randles. He ran second at Ellerslie on 29th December and second at Avondale on 25th January  (picture below). A great winning chance.

In the same race is Jake The Muss ridden from barrier 7 by Samanth Collett. The 3 year old Postponed gelding is a full brother to Consensus and is owned by D Logan, S Bennett, M Mathias, Mike and Jack Lum and A Johnson. He ran second at Ruakaka on January 6th. Has been working really well and will also be hard to beat. It's a pity these horses race against each other. A great quinella chance.
