DANZDANZDANCE HEADING TO GROUP 1 $500000 VINERY STUD STAKES IN AUSTRALIA ON SATURDAY 31ST MARCH

Danzdanzdance has settled into Sydney well and will race next Saturday in the $500000 Group 1 Vinery Stud Stakes over 2000m , a lead up to the Australian Oaks , 2 weeks later. Hopefully some of the owners will make the trip across the Tasman with part owner and manager Kylie Bax. Logan Racing's trainer Chris Gibbs will travel to Australia this week to access Danzdanzdance and Endowment. She has a nice draw of 5 and will be ridden by Michael Walker.

Meanwhile Donna is really enjoying life in Singapore and will have her first official trial runners next week. A few news articles lately have made it sound like Donna has totally separated herself from the NZ operation. She is still involved in the Ruakaka Stables and Chris , Donna and Michelle are constantly in touch. Donna having no Trainers License in NZ was a Singapore requirement which fine but it is a shame because she's not far off training 1000 winners. Donna owns  the Logan Racing business and is Director of the business. Everyone else involved in Logan Racing are paid by her. Donna will  buy horses for both Stables and her and Chris often discuss what horses from the NZ Stable would suit Singapore. With racing horses in NZ being financially difficult she decided to make the move to Singapore to give owners another option. The support from NZ owners has been fantastic with more and more Kiwi's realizing it is cheaper to race a horse in Singapore and the returns on Stake money are far higher. We have taken trial winning horses to Singapore that will line up for $85000 in Restricted Maidens on debut.  In time she wants to build a large operation in Singapore and feed suitable horses from NZ and Australia.   She moves Stables next week from the older Village Area to a two story 43 box , state of the art , facility with a walker and treadmill .

If anyone wants to contact Donna please feel free to call her on her new Singapore phone +65 8292 8879   or NZ phone 021 322222.
