On Saturday at Pukekohe, Whistling Straits takes his place in the Westbury Stud Karaka Classic Open 1600 metres whilst Paco Kid will try to improve on his recent good form when he tackles the Funtime Foods Maiden 1600m at the same venue. Jungle Knight will try to repeat his last start win when he races in the Canterbury Westland Owners Association 2000 metres at Riccarton and not to be forgotten, Ishimine resumes on Monday at Washdyke in the Pitman Racing Stable Anniversary Day Cup over 1200 metres.
