LOGAN RACING RUNNERS, AVONDALE AND CHRISTCHURCH

Chart Topper races today at Avondale in Race 5, the Campbell Brown Planning Ltd Maiden event with international jockey James McDonald engaged to ride. This Darci Brahma 3 year old will be hoping to improve on her debut start where she ran 7th at Paeroa on the 14th October. Stacked races in the Monitor New Zealand Ltd Rating 65 2200 metres with regular pilot Mark Hills on board to ride. She has had one start on the course for one win.

Further south, Durham Town, Uncle Shayne, Whistling Straits, Jungle Knight and Ishimine represent the Logan Racing team on Wednesday. They will be hoping to replicate stablemate Handsome Mates' performance from last Saturday at the same Riccarton venue. Superbly ridden by Matthew Cameron, Handsome Mates won a Rating 85 1600 metre event by 5 lengths. 

Uncle Shayne with Leith Innes riding and Whistling Straits with Matthew Cameron riding both compete in Race 7 the Farmers Mill Premier Open 2000 metres. Durham Town will race in the Lindauer Stewards Stakes, an Open 1200 metre Handicap event with James McDonald riding.

Jungle Knight will have the services of James McDonald when he races in the Independent Meat Premier Rating 65, 2500 metres whilst Ishimine is listed to race in the last event of the day, the Halls Refrigerated Transport Rating 85, 1400 metres, Darryl Bradley takes the mount.
