LOGAN RUNNERS @ TAURANGA

Ngatira Gold will be running in the Jeremy Pryor Bayleys 1400m rating 65 at Tauranga on saturday. The 3 year old Gold Centre  gelding is owned by Donna Logan, Amy Hardy, Russell Ensor, Bryce Moffat, Colin Thomson, Tim Charman, and Jared Blucher. He has drawn 6 and will be ridden by Reece Jones. After 4 gutsy 4th placings he is ready to put his foot in the til.

Magna Carta will be running in the Orora Kiwi Packaging LRK Trays Kiwifruit Cup Open 2100m. The 7 year old His Royal Highness gelding is going for his 8th win and will be ridden by Michael Coleman. He is raced by Murray Darroch, Wayne Hill, Donna Logan, Phil and Gerry Heath, est of the late Ray Smith and Peter Woods. Magna Carta has been in the care of Samantha Logan in Cambridge for the last few weeks and ran in the 2000m Open Hurdle Jumpers Trial on June 16th. He ran 3rd ridden by Aarron Kuru. The trial should sharpen him up for the race.
