HABIBI NOMINATED FOR FIRST AMERICAN START
Habibi has recovered from a slight cough which stopped her going to a lead up race before entering her for the Santa Anita Gold Cup (G1). Now the programme has changed and she will run in the Royal Heroine Stakes (G2) this saturday 28th June.

The trainer Dan Blacker reports that she is extremely well and is ready . The jockey is really excited after riding her in her latest trackwork.
Habibi's half sister Malala (2yo) will be having her second start at Ruakaka on the same day.The Logan team have two very strong chances in the 2yo 1000m race , the other being last start winner Copy Watch. Habibi won her first start at Ruakaka as a 3yo on Oct 17th and won the NZ Derby four and a half months later.
