LOGAN RACING @ AVONDALE, 27th April

Dancing Donna kicks the day off for Logan Racing in the NZ Bloodstock Insurance, 2100 metres. This is 3YO Mastercraftman - Dashing Donna filly will be ridden by Reece Jones from barrier 1 and is owned by a female syndicate compromising of Donna Logan, Victoria Carter, Melita Gray, Sherril Sibun, Kerre Woodham, Philli Syndicate & Grace Sibun.

Race 5 is the George Walker's Furniture Megastore 1400 and Pittsburgh Lad takes his place in this Rating 65 Benchmark event. Samantha Collett takes the mount from barrier 15. This 3YO Ekraar - Street Law gelding is owned John & Victoria Carter & M R Powell of Rising Romance fame.

Smith and Partners Lawyers is a 1400 metre maiden event and Annella by Falkirk - Kasella will line up. Unfortunately she has drawn the car park in barrier 22 and Samantha Collett will pilot this Mrs H J & P J Crofskey owned 3YO filly.    

The traditonal feature race of the day is the Goivernor General's Cup and the Ruakaka based, Logan Racing team will provide a two pronged attack in Uncle Shayne, a 7YO Bachelor Duke - Alarmed gelding and Radar, a 6YO Spartacus - Irish Temple. Lee Magorrian takes the ride and claims 2kgs on Uncle Shayne owned by GS Racing Ltd, Mrs D M Logan & M J Mathias, from barrier 8 whilst Samantha Collett will ride Radar owned by G J Cossey, M Darroch, W Hill & Mrs D M Logan, from barrier 17.
