4 STARTERS AT DARGAVILLE RACES FOR LOGAN RACING STABLES FRIDAY 13TH NOVEMBER

Race 2 Lion Red Maiden 1000m sees Segenhoe , a 4 year old gelding by Ekraar. He has drawn 7 and will be ridden by Sam Collett. He is owned by Est Late NA Mortimer, Jan and Cindy Mortimer, and he has had 4 starts for no placings. He has been working strongly this time in but will need luck over 1000m where many of the field will run like cut cats and we will probably see a big surge for the lead , especially Esteem, Ronchi and Ywahoo. He is capable of a top 3 run.

Race 5 Farmlands Maiden 1400m Maiden sees Libiamo, a 3 year old Cecconi . He has drawn 2 and will be ridden by Sam Collett. He is owned by AM Goodwin, GNJ and GR Lethbridge and PL Woods, and he has had 3 starts for 1 third. He found the line nicely last start at Ruakaka beating the 4th horse by over 6 lengths. An extra 200m and a nice draw, with any luck he should be hard to beat.

Race 6 Nauman Insurance Northland Cup Rating 85 over 1800m sees Zafrenzy, a 5 year old mare by Savabeel. She has drawn 6 and will be ridden by Alysha Collett. She is owned by Mrs C, MC, MK, and TP Dravitzki , Mrs KM Megchelse , L and T Vincent, and has had 19 starts for 2 wins, 1 second and 2 thirds. She has been working really well and found the line nicely over a mile last start. The extra 200m will help and she will hopefully get some of this.

Race 7 Stud Breeders Maiden 2000m sees Card Shark, a 4 year old Postponed gelding. He has drawn 10 and will be ridden by Mark Hills. He is owned by Est Late GD Logan, and has had 2 starts for no placings. He has been working well and from the wide draw will hopefully come home strongly in what is not a strong field.
