STABLE RUNNERS AT TE AROHA RACES TOMORROW, WEDNESDAY 30TH OCTOBER. GOOD WINNING CHANCES
In Race One, the Nottingham Castle Hotel 2200m race we start the day off with Sweet Sereia drawn barrier 2, in the hands of Sam Weatherley. She finished a nice third when stepped up over 2100m last start earlier in the month and now has a Shadow Roll applied to her gear this start. Will be one of the favourites and good each way bet.
Race Two we have Jimmy James lining up in the Mainfreight 1400 with Sam Collett to ride. He has not raced since May but trialled at Ruakaka at the beginning of the month winning over 1000m. He will appreciate the 1400 and the Dead track will suit the Savabeel gelding. Another that will be one of the favourites and a good chance.
Sir Ralph lines up in Race Four in the Donaghys N Boost 1400. We can all agree he has been a tad disappointing but hopefully tomorrow will be his day, with the blinkers applied and an apprentice allowance claiming 2kgs off his back, Chelsea Burden, we hope to see some change of form.
Race Five, the Donaghys Tasman Tim 1200, we have Just Chicky having her second up start. Donovan Mansour is on board and we have added Side Winkers as a gear change. She is only knee high to a grass hopper and didn't like being on the fence last start, so drawn out a bit tomorrow she will have a bit of racing room down the long straight.
To finish the day we have Roc Wheeler in Race 8 the Donaghys Pro Dairy 1600. He will be ridden by Sam Weatherley from a wide draw but has been seen to run some nice races from back. We were very happy with his fresh up run at the beginning of the month over 1400 and feel the 1600 will suit. Might get some of this at odds.
